Charity Programs

Gainesville Moving is actively involved helping out local charities in Gainesville Florida.  Our company philosophy is one of community involvement and giving  back to the community that has so graciously provided us with an opportunity to serve them.  Some of the local charities that we are involved with are Peaceful Paths, Haven Hospice, Guardian Ad Litem, Habitat for Humanity, Stop Children’s Cancer, March of Dimes, Alachua County Humane Society and many others.  Our focus is on charities that are doing most of their work locally, we believe it is our duty to help take care of those around us, and will do anything we can to help out.  When moving out of Gainesville, if you have any old unwanted furniture that you wish to donate, we will deliver it for free to Peaceful Paths and provide you with the donation receipt.  Nothing is required on your part other than letting us know the day of your move for our movers to deliver the items to Peaceful Paths.  We have a strong working relationship with the wonderful volunteers there and always enjoy having the opportunity to stop in.
